Wishing everyone a wonderful New Year!
Blogger has been very quirky lately, making posting a wee bit difficult, but I'll be back in 2016. In the meantime, I'm preparing a traditional dish with black-eyed peas and greens. Have a great evening, stay safe and I'll see you all soon.
Until Next Time...

Happy new year!
Ah black eyed peas I do love them - but as you may have noted I made butter beans this time round.
Can you give me an idea of what kind of cookbook and cuisine you are interested in, ie I don't want to to recommend one that requires too many ingredients that are difficult to find in some localities. PS I don't wish to recommend the Thermocook to you yet, I am not getting on terribly well with it and am still testing.
