31 March is the date for my surgery. There is much to do beforehand and I've had chest and pelvic CT and additional blood tests. My cousin isn't going to be here as she has a cruise. I plan to be overnight or possibly longer as needed.
All good thoughts are appreciated. Mercy is to be boarded.
She had a pleasant check up and shots during her annual exam just days ago, pending the results of urine and blood tests. Her urine revealed crystals and an elevated calcium level and though no infection is currently present, the vet has prescribed antibiotics and Forti Flora for five days as preventative to further issues such as eventual kidney infection.
Mercy is behaving normally. I am a bit shook up as Monday is a live appointment at the cancer center. Mercy's friend and pet sitter is visiting Monday afternoon and coming on subsequent evenings to help medicate her. I am grateful to have this help.
